MSc Endo (Distinction) KCL
GDC No. 76031

Ian qualified from Leeds University in 1999 and since then has pursued a career in Restorative Dentistry with a focus on providing high quality care that is evidence-based and where possible minimally invasive. He is a full member of the Royal College of Surgeons Faculty of General Dental Practice and in 2010, following a two year period of postgraduate study, was awarded the RCS Diploma in Restorative Dentistry. Ian has been invited to apply for Fellowship at the Faculty of General Dental Practice and intends to begin this process in 2015. Ian has a special interest in periodontology (gums!) and endodontics (root fillings).

Ian divides his working week between treating patients in general practice and teaching Restorative Dentistry at Liverpool University Dental School.

Outside of work Ian used to enjoy skydiving but with the arrival of his 3 beautiful daughters has had to contend with the more sedate pursuits of mountain biking, snowboarding and watching endless repeats of Frozen, Tangled and various Tinkerbell movies.
